Firette is proud to sponsor work in the arts. Budding artists have very few paths forward to evolve and explore their art. This means that we have few artists who can display different styles and approaches. We do not support the idea that art should shock, but it should stimulate the senses and make the viewer think why they like it or why does it gain their interest.
Firette wants to encourage new artists, rather than those who are established as each generation brings forward new ideas, new approaches and new ways of thinking.
We understand that AI can cause many problems to artists, so we look for originality in ideas. If the artist uses AI as a tool to enhance what they do that should be clearly described. The use of AI will evolve and its application in art will be seen through the coming generation of artists.
