We start by understanding the need — the commercial problem you are actually facing, not the one the brief describes. From there we agree a small number of realistic goals and a set of stretch targets we will push you towards, and we are explicit about what it will take to reach them.
We then meet regularly and watch progress against those goals. We will not shy away from telling you where we think you are falling short, and we expect the same candour in return.
